What we will not do

• We do not run a lead auction. Your details are not sent to any provider until you have seen the shortlist and told us to go ahead.
• We will not add you to a marketing list or sell your data to anyone.
• We will not inflate the savings. Every figure in the Brief is indicative and confirmed at survey — and we show the assumptions behind it.
• We will not push a PPA if buying outright is better for you. If you have the capital, a 15+ year horizon and the appetite to own the asset, purchase usually wins on 25-year cost — we will say so in the Brief and explain why.
• We are not an installer or a PPA provider. We are an independent advisory, paid by the provider only on a completed deal, and that fee structure is disclosed to you before any introduction.

Site qualifying criteria

• UK commercial site (50kWp+ roof or land)
• 10+ years of remaining tenure
• Annual electricity spend £15,000+
• Strong covenant or parental guarantee available

What happens next

Your enquiry is read by Donovan Fawcett, who is accountable for what the Brief says. The Brief comes back by email within one working day. If you want to take it further, we introduce you to 1-3 providers from the shortlist for a site survey and heads of terms — only after you have approved them.
